Yearly Reminder + Discount Code for You...January, 2024

A handful of years ago, pre covid, my husband helped me start a streaming membership site. He helped me build out the filming space, pick the camera, the audio set up, etc. (Think Netflix, but with yoga, Pilates and movement therapy)

I had no idea what I was getting into, and it was a much larger undertaking than I initially thought! But, I loved the idea of having my classes and practices available for people all over the world, so I invested my time, energy, experience and money into creating the site. It was one of the hardest and best things I've ever done.

For those of you that aren't members, here's a bit about my background, what's on the site, how it works, and why I think you'll benefit from being a member:

My degree is in dance...I studied ballet and modern primarily, and was in a professional modern dance company before I became a full time teacher. So, I know movement, I know how the body works, and I know technique.

I'm also trained in therapeutic Pilates work, have taken over a dozen yoga teacher trainings, including therapeutics, yoga for seniors and pre-natal. And, I'm a trained Gait Therapist from Sherry Brourman PT, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT.

I've spent over 20 years teaching, specializing in helping people with injuries and posture, and have extensively taught anatomy and alignment in yoga teacher training in the US and Europe.

I mention the above today so that you know, every class and practice on my streaming site is influenced by training, experience, and teaching you from an informed place. As my great friend, Gina Caputo mentioned recently, I'm not just "slinging yoga classes" at you!

The site has:

*Audios and videos

*Material for brand new beginners (even seated, short gentle practices appropriate for your grandmother!)

*Intermediate yoga, Pilates and movement therapy classes

*Advanced yoga classes for seasoned students

*My Align and Refine Tutorial category for curious students and teachers...workshop style videos on topics like Back Care, how to practice and teach Warrior 2, Bridge, and Knee Care (to name a few)

*Audio and video meditations for all levels of meditators (especially great for those who believe "meditation isn't for me - I can't quiet my mind". I call bull shit on that. Meditation is for everyone and is a great tool to focus our mind, and bring more ease into our life)

*Audio and video breathing practices (if you haven't gotten the memo, how we breathe - or don't breathe - can change our life)

If you're interested in feeling better in your body and feeling better in your mind, check out the site. Click HERE or the button below.

Use code 25LIVE at checkout and receive 25% off your first 3 months. That makes the site $9 a month. You can cancel at any time. You can gift the site, too! This option is available on the homepage of the site.

Join me. Join us. You deserve it.

I'm here for you and want you to feel good.

My best to you, always.

Jamie

*In February I'm opening up a few more spaces for one on one sessions online. If you're interested in working with me to create an at home practice, healing an injury, or teaching mentorship, let me know and I'll send you more details about how it works.

*In 2024, I'll be giving a portion of all Movement Therapy Company streaming memberships to MMIW (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women) - a branch of Native Hope. For more on this organization, click HERE.
