you need personalized attention too! And will always have questions about your student’s needs, when it comes to injuries, alignment and sequencing. If you’re a teacher and purchasing one of the above packages, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on yourself and your teaching questions. You can be self directing, or Jamie can guide the sessions and develop a program for you, based on what she see’s you need most.
