Dear Friends,
After 15 years of teaching....
I love teaching and believe in these practices more than ever. Truly. In the last fifteen years I've taught in Los Angeles, in fourteen states, three countries and moved more times than I can count (including three years on a moving sailboat!). I will continue to travel and teach workshops, continued education trainings, teacher trainings and retreats, and at the same time have decided to take a big leap, settle in and open my own online studio. This building was built for me off site, delivered to our front yard (!) and will serve as a practice space for me, a place to see privates AND serve as my filming space for my new online yoga studio. Gulp. I'll let you know more about the offerings of the studio and how it works as I get closer to launching the site, but wanted to give you a heads up. And, ask that you send some positive, new beginning vibes this way! This step has been a long time coming and is a bit of a leap of faith. So thank you in advance for your support.
