Sometimes I get tired...March, 2023)

Dear Community ,

Recently, I took a course on marketing.

I've taken many over the years.

And, once again, the course encouraged more social media, more emails, more photos of me in emails and on instagram and Facebook.

And, at the end of the day, sitting here at 45 years old now, after teaching for nearly 25 years(gulp!), running a small business, being an entrepreneur and working for myself nearly this entire time, there is one thing I's gotta feel authentic.

And, for today, showing more of me, talking about me, reminding you about my membership, does not feel authentic. What DOES feel right to share with you today is this:

I have some pretty amazing friends and colleagues doing wonderful work that you may benefit from, and I'd like to share one of their sites with you today and a snippet about them (more features of colleagues in future newsletters).

I feel passionate about what so many people I know are doing. And today, I'd much rather share one of their links with you than write about myself. So, if you're interested in one of the women I admire, please read below!

Hope you had a good week and are looking forward to this weekend.

Stay in touch, let me know how you're doing, and take good care of yourself and each other, please!

Lisa Bracken Wellness (

Lisa and I first met during a Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors training at Duke University many moons ago. She's a gifted yoga teacher, therapeutics yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, offers special programs in Yoga for Parkinsons, and menopause. I can't say enough good about Lisa, and her offerings are top notch. She's fun, knows her stuff inside and out, and when I do start on the menopause path, I'll be calling her first. AND, her newsletters are GREAT and offer a ton simply in the email. I highly recommend subscribing to her email/newsletter. Click the link above to be directed to her site. You'll be inspired and learn something from her, starting today!

How's your week going? B Dog says hello. And, although this email newsletter has nothing to do with dogs, or B Dog more specifically, I just thought it was a nice picture. You probably don't need to s

Dear Community , Here we are…December 4th already! Wow. You know I’m a big proponent of movement. Obviously. AND, in our pursuit for balance (which never really exists), it’s important to know when to
