Reminder: Movement is for your mental health (Fall, 2017)

Updated: Dec 10, 2022

Hello Friends!

Its hard to believe we're in to September already. Its been a full summer complete with travel, challenges and changes for sure. I've felt more grateful than ever for the moments I've had to move and breath. Life will continue to have its ups and downs, but I know that for me having a movement and breathing practice enables me to cope a bit more gracefully! Movement, exercise and breathing, now more than even is a mental health issue for society to better cope with changes, loss, grief and joy. So, I hope you're carving out at least a few minutes a day to move your body and take some deep breaths. You'll feel better in your body for it and therefore feel better emotionally and mentally. On that movement note...(schedule announcements deleted).
