In Program 1 of the Immersion series, we dive in to the anatomy, alignment and healing possibilities of foundational postures;
those which strengthen our legs, hips & spine, and effect our balance & physical stability.
We'll examine common tendencies and habits in our daily posture and gait (walking), and how these tendencies effect whether we’re moving more towards balance, or more out of balance.
We'll look at how this effects our bodies, as well as how to apply this in our teaching.
